The hotel was situated in the remote location to the amazing library. The breakfast was fantastic and satisfactory with good choice of food.

The hotel has beautiful and unbeatable location so close to West Virginia, convenience store and a combination convenience store/ restaurant called ' Dean's Den '. The staff and the owner were all exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating;)))

What a unique stay! The library is very nice with 27,000 books. Loved hanging out in the game room and the two-story library filled with antiques! The animals all around the hotel.

The room was super comfy and spacious, with nicely decorated vibes. I loved the heated massage chair-such a cool touch! It was clean, and you could really relax after a day out. The quiet surroundings added to the chill atmosphere, and I enjoyed listening to the frogs at night. Just a heads up, there's no Wi-Fi or cell service, so don't plan on streaming anything.

The charming inn offered a cozy rustic room perfect for my weekend getaway with my two dachshunds. The delicious home-cooked breakfasts made every morning were a good start to my days of exploring the surrounding trails and beautiful landscapes.

Perfect for Families Looking for a Classic Retreat

Really felt relaxed while sitting by the fireside reading, and let me tell ya, my kids adored that playhouse in our room, I couldn't tear them away from it!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, worth every penny.

We explored the beautiful scenery around and even hit the trails for some mountain biking near Snowshoe. The place is perfect for lounging-great library, cozy dining, and fine views. Loved that there's no Wi-Fi. It made us unplug and enjoy nature. Highly recommend the home-cooked breakfast and roaming the 450-acre farm for some fresh air!

The only downside was the self check-in process. It was like being in an Airbnb rather than a hotel, but on the bright side, the innkeeper was super helpful via phone.

The library is amazing! With thousands of books to explore, it was the highlight of our stay. We had comfy nights, but the breakfast situation could be better-it's a bit far to walk to Dean's Den 🌄

Elevated rooms were our favorite! This place is nestled in the mountains, not far from Snowshoe ⛰️.

The location was beautiful and perfect, close to scenic WV tourist areas. the staff members were incredibly welcoming and amazingly nice.
